Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account balance.

Any form of fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment details, identity theft, or misrepresentation of personal information will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All transactions are monitored and 444be reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering activity. 444be will cooperate fully with any lawful request from relevant authorities in connection with the investigation of suspected financial crime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption to service caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 444be. 444be's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 444be will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the 444be platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through the support team.
